Hello everyone, I'm new to this website and I just wanted to ask for some help regarding some fan problems I have. Basically I want to know the best way to control fan speed. This applies for all of my fans including the CPU fan. I've set the all fans in the Q-Fan Control to Full speed at DC (since they are all 3 pin connectors.) At the same time thought, I've downloaded and installed Corsair Link as well as AI Suite. It's almost like a very big mess. I don't know if the Corsair Link is controlling here and there, and then AI Suite is controlling the other fans as well as the ones Corsair Link controls. I just want some advice on what to do to stay organized and be able to control my fans and get the most out of them to stay cool.

Extra notes:
- Corsair H100i GTX fans are connected to their headers that come with the cooler.

- All other Chassis Fans are connected to the motherboard.

- With the H100i GTX, I get the "CPU Fan Error" when I start up my pc. I know this can be solved by ignoring the CPU fan monitor, but I think I just set the option from "Auto" to DC. Is this good?

Get rid of Corsair Link its a piece of $#&*. Use AI Suite it will do a much better job. I used to have an H80i once upon a time. I don't remember how I had it set up but basically plug the pump into CPU opt and your rad fans into CPU header. Use a splitter if you have to. You can leave CPU fan on AUTO in bios all your other fans plugged into the motherboard headers. I have the same board as you and my rig is whisper quiet even during a heavy gaming session.
