Hi there, I'm from India. I want to build a gaming pc at the budget i mentioned. I don't want a super gaming pc neither I want to play every game in Ultra settings. I just want a decent gaming experience. Here's what i want in my pc:
1. Motherboard:- A good motherboard but not too costly. I don't want to be cheap on the Mboard but i don't know much about Motherboards. I don't know if a particular MB will support other components or not.So please help me in selection a good one.

2. HDD:- at least 1 TB,but how about 2?

3. RAM:- Basically i want to have 16 gigs of RAM in my system but to minimize my budget I'll buy 8GB first and will add another 8GB after some months.

4. PSU:- Please help me in selecting this.

5. Processor:- Can't afford i7, please help in selection of a good i5.

6. Graphic Card:- Nvidia gtx 750 TI was my first choice but when i read about gtx 960,it made me dropping the idea of buying 750 ti. I don't know whether i can get or not gtx 960 in this budged. Also i don't know will a particular Graphic Card is compatible with the motherboard. Please help me selecting a good Graphic card and Motherboard.

7. Cooling fan
8. DVD writer
9. Cabinet
Is my budget sufficient to get what i want or do i need to compromise at some parts.
I have all the other parts like Monitor,Sound System,Mouse,Key board and UPS.
This is my budget only for building a gaming CPU.

I'm sorry I did not get to go to our computer hardware market in the recent weeks.

the thing with your request is, I do not know the latest parts availability or the cost and so I probably will not be able to help you here

you can always buy things from theitdepot, amazon.in, flipkart.com, snapdeal.com etc.
While you see that newegg is available in india they put heavy custom charges making it economically infeasable..
