Reformatting, please help

Hello community, I plan on erasing my computer clean of everything, and re-installing a fresh copy of Windows. Unfortunately I lost my MOBO driver disk, will this be a problem? Can I still connect to the internet without it, to install the drivers off their website?
This is my motherboard: ASUS M5 A97 LE R2.0.

You might have LAN functionality out of the box with Windows depending on what version you have. My suggestion is to go ahead and download all the motherboard drivers onto a CD or USB drive. Then after your reinstall Windows, just double click the installer for the drivers and you're good to go.
