Is this build solid?

SO here is what I am looking at for a new build. I am very poor, and need this build to last at least 4 or 5 years. I am still using a AMD Phenom II x4 955.

I need this build for modern gaming, high performance. Live Twitch streaming, rendering with Sony Vegas, and somewhat future proof (Which is why I want to go for DDR4 mem.)

I already have the video card, but had to wait over a year to afford the rest of the upgrade. Anyhow here goes:

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117561

MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128841

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231878

Vid card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125685

Couple side questions. Does the CPU cooler come with thermal paste? If so, should I use it, or go get some Artic Silver?

Also the RAM, is it plug n Play? Or will I have to do any MOBO tweaking? The MOBO shows it supports it with an asterisk* So, I am not quite sure what they mean by that? If so, should I just get 2133 RAM instead? IS there much difference?

ANy ideas/suggestions? ( Please note this build is already a bit over my budget, so nothing to add cost, but open to lower costs, if there will be little to no performance loss.)

For a cooler, the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO. It is a great cooler for the price (generally under $30) and it allows headroom for light-medium overclocks. Because you are getting the 6600k, overclocking would probably be a good idea. I am unsure as to whether the 212 EVO comes with thermal paste, but either way, Arctic Silver would be a better replacement for whatever it may have. Go ahead and just get some Arctic Silver 5 for like $6. On the RAM, I really don't know, you'll have to see what someone thinks on that.
