can i use 8gb +4gb ram in my digilite DL-H61MXP motherboard with i3 processor?

Solution
If the sticks will play together, yes. Though there are no guarantees when mixing DRAM, simply have to try them, if problems give a shout, can often get them to play with minor voltage/timing adjustments.

Yes, they should work if it's the EXACT same stick from the same company, then they will work. It's like with SLI or CROSSFIRE in graphics cards, they could possibly be from different manufacturers and still work, but with RAM, I wouldn't test it. Just make sure they're from the same company, and you should be good to go!

Hope this helps, and good luck!

No it's not like GPUs, and how can they be the same exact stick when they are different sizes?????? You can go to a manufacturer and pull sticks right off the assembly line and they may or may not play - that's why the manufacturers test the sticks to ensure those in a package will play nice and be compatible.

Well, if you order a single stick and put it with the other two the same, it should work right? Ever try putting a AMD GPU with a NVIDIA GPU? Same thing with ram.
Just trying to help.
