if I install windows 10 on one browser will it go to the other browser on my computer

You may want to try and rephrase or fix your question to clarify what you are asking. You cannot install Windows 10 on any browser, you install browsers on windows 10.
I believe you may be trying to ask whether or not browsers carry over when you update to Windows 10. The answer is yes. All Programs that you have installed on Windows 7 or 8 will carry over when you upgrade to Windows 10. This includes all browsers such as chrome and firefox.
