Motherboard and GPU Suggestion for Intel Core i3 3220 in India

Hello Friends,
I'm from India, I'm planning to assemble a PC but I'm not an expert on this topic. I need some help on Choosing a Mother board and GPU.

Usage: would be Application Development and Moderate Gaming.

I have a budget constraint. Below is the budget I have allocated for CPU and GPU
MotherBoard is INR4000 ($60)
GPU is INR4000 ($60)

I have chosen Intel DH61HO but not sure if this is the best fit for my configuration. Please suggest if there are other good boards.
GPU : interested in GeForce/ATI Radeon.

Current Configuration:
Processor Intel Core i3 3220
Motherboard Intel DH61HO
Graphic Card Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6450 1 GB DDR3
RAM Kingston HyperX (KHX1600C9D3B1K2) 8 GB (2x4GB)1600 MHz DDR3
PSU Cooler Master Thunder 450W 450 W
Cabinet Cooler Master Elite 310
Hard Drive WD Caviar Blue WD5000AAKX 500 GB
Monitor Dell S2240L 21.5" 1920 x 1080

Friends Please shed some light on this.

The H61 Mb will be same, because I don't know how much for the the intel DH61 so just add the MSI H61. If you have the budget, you should buy the better GPU, also keep in mind you have the low quility CM PSU, if you want to upgrade the GPU later, should get other better one.
For the RAM, they will run at 1333mhz speed if you use the H61 MB.

Thanks alot for the reply, couple of doubts
Can you please tell, how MSI H61M-P20 (G3) is better then Intel DH61HO, coz both has Intel H61 chipset .
It seems like MSI H61M-P20 (G3) has 1333 MHz and the Ram I have is 1600 MHz DDR3.


Which mother boards would you suggest that supports Memory Frequency 1600 MHz, for Intel Core i3 3220.
If nothing available with in my budget, if I add another 1000 to the amount and suggest me with in 5000.
