Current situation: there is a wierd buzzing like noise coming from around the cpu when actively playing video games and it stops when i alt+tab the game.

build up: so this problem is very recently because i can't remember actively having this.So i started playing euro truck simulator and heard from a friend that with Cheat engine you can give yourself money,so i installed it and it gave it wanted to give me a tutorial of the basic of the program,so having no previous experience with any program like this i did the tutorial and when i started i didnt select the correct file i pressed avg(dont know the rest).exe and edited a value in it, realising that i edited the wrong file i just jumped over to the tutorial file and continued the tutorial when i was half way i felt that i knew enough to just edit the money value,so i searched for it and edited it succesfully and when trying customization for the truck i heard a wierd buzzing like noise coming from the cpu area after messing around with unplugging case fan to find out where the noise was coming from i determined that it probally was the cpu thinking of my accidently edit of the first file i did a systemrestore, when it was done it said it failed in some way(dont know wich since it didnt display it) and when running the game again it kept emitting the buzzing like noise and does so with 3 other games i tested it with so having not enough experience with cpu's rather messing around further i rather ask you guys.

System specs:
motherboard: MSI z5 gaming
cpu: Intel 4770k 3.80ghz
Gpu: asus r390x strix
Psu: corsair rm1000
ram: corsair vengeance 8gb x2
memory: 1 Seagate 1TB HDD
OS: windows 7ultimate 64 bit
and a couple corsair case fans

Couldn't find anything wrong with the hardware side of things. but i found something wierd the noise only comes with certain games as some didnt make the noise come up (payday 2,rocket league) and other did (warframe, euro truck simulator, elite dangerous) or did something strange (gta made the noise until the game got paused) some my general guess is it is something memory/ram related.

Ok finally found a fix for it and that was just deleting the local content (and save file's) from the affected games, and reinstalling it fresh. So just a small question how do i close the thread?
