Hi.
Relatively simple question, but i cannot seem to find a simple answer.
Basically, I have a AMD A8-7600 APU and a R7 240 discrete graphics card in CrossfireX mode. I only have and need 1 monitor. Which port to i plug it in to? Onboard or discrete?

Amd website seems very vague on this topic. Something about whichever number is the highest? I dont understand it. Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

That was a more general answer, but specific to your case: Its not necessarily Xfire. Its dual graphics.
Since both are fairly weak, it might make no difference, but typically the hardware designed for display is better off than one designed for display as well as computing.

Rito. So i re-read through the amd website a couple more times and i understand it now. The part where it says "the radeon graphics with the highest model number" was the part that confused me. I was thinking a8-7600 vs r7 240 and couldnt understand. But a8-7600 uses r7 240 built-in, which i knew but just didnt think of for some reason. So basically its saying r7 240 vs r7 240, plug into the highest, but both being the same, it will not matter in this case.
So if you used a r7 230 discrete with a8-7600 you would plug into onboard, if you used a r7 250 with a8-7600, you would plug into the 250.
Right. Got my head around it now.
Thanks for the suggestions all.
