Why is my SSD is writing about 10 GB of data everyday?

I have been monitoring my total data written in my SSD. It seems that even when I'm not writing anything on it, it has been increasing.

I do browse a lot and my PC does sometimes sleep, but 10 GB???

I know that it will still be decades before this wears my SSD, but I was just wondering why so much.

Temp files, etc... if you stream movies, the files are loaded on your system then deleted, but the activity is still there. Watch a few hours of HD video, there is about 10 gig.
