Which Fans Should I Buy?

I was looking at some fans to buy for my case. A lot of them look nice, but I had my eye on some Corsair Quiet edition fans and some Noctua industrial fans. I also found some NZXT fans which looked really nice. I'm trying to find the sweet spot between performance, noise, and price. I am looking to get possibly 2 of them, maybe 4 if I have some extra money/want to add some to my cpu cooler. What should I go with? Are there any other fans that I should be looking at?

The Noctua industrial run at a higher rpm and are not that quiet. The regular noctua NF-p12 are about the best sound to airflow you can get, but are expensive and people don't like their look.

Corsairs fans are pretty good, but go with the low noise ones.
I also have heard good things about the fractal design fans, but I haven't heard those in person.

I'm really liking these corsiar fans because of their low price and nice looks. How are they?
