BEST Overclock settings for EVGA 970GTX SSC 4GB?

I got this card about 3 to 4 days ago and liking it so far. I just would like to know whats the best overclock settings for this card?

I read forms before that goes more in debt in the overclock settings for this type of EVGA card, but not many has described the amount of voltage you need to add to this card in order to get proper overclock settings.

Here is a website that goes into details on the amount of OC i need to do for this card, but doesn't give me info the amount of voltage i need to add:

This is the SuperSuperClock version of this card but would like to to be OC enough so i can play GTA V all in ULTRA settings. For settings like GRASS and Water i put it on normal, but everything it is either HIGH or ULTRA, and i do get some frame drops for certain parts of the map; thus would like to overclock this card to be able to run a full 60 FPS for this game.

If you're playing at 1080p, it should do fine, even without any voltage changes if you have it at, say, 1420 MHz.

BUT what about memory clock? Should i bring that up as well? I brought those two settings up the core clock and memory, and i noticed that if i don't bring up the voltage up the card acts a bit funny. But once i do bring the voltage up the card runs smooth. I am sitting at mV 30 is that safe? The highest it goes up to is 37volts
