Computer Making Weird Whistling Noise

This has been happening for maybe a day or two. About every 3 seconds, my computer makes a low-pitched whistling/high-pitched groaning noise. It isn't steady at all, and it only goes on for like 5 minutes, then stops for like an hour. I installed my graphics card yesterday, and I have a ton of fans. Also I have a fan in my room. No idea what is causing this. It's pretty irritating.

Oh, BTW, I tried to record it w/ my mic but it wouldn't pick it up.

If the noise started after you installed the graphics card, then it may be coil whine from the card which could indicate a slight fault in it. The card could be replaced with an RMA.

If the computer's previous graphics used less power than the new card, then it is also possible, but less likely, that the increased load is straining the PSU a bit and the PSU is making the noise.

Alright, I'll just remove it and see if it makes any difference, it doesn't work anyway. Also, first GPU for this computer.

I'm pretty sure my fans are always going at the same speed, except maybe the GPU fan. I doubt it was overheating though.

Alright, removed the graphics card. The noise stopped as soon as I turned my computer off. So far, it hasn't come back.
Edit: I just watched a video about coil whine. The noise it made was completely different, and I wasn't playing any games (as mentioned beforehand, it doesn't work), so I don't think that's it. Noise still hasn't come back though.
