Bottlenecked gamer fx-6300 w/ gtx580

Hi,

I have a old gaming rig that I want to bring back to life... Here it is:

GTX 580 EVGA
AMD FX-6300 Black Edition
Asrock 970 Pro 3
8 GB 1333 Mhz Corsair RAM

I get 50-60 frames on Black Ops 3 with all settings either turned off or at the lowest... The only exception is that it feels like I'm actually getting 20 FPS as it feels like it's struggling. Is my GPU terrible, or is it my CPU? Or am I adjusting my settings wrong?

I want something capable of running all of the latest releases at the highest settings with a stable FPS of over 50, I know this demands a lot but that's my end goal... Would this GPU meet those requirements and make my PC 'revived' for a couple of years do you think?

BTW: Reason for not looking at NVIDIA cards is because of price (UK). Don't want to spend more than 200 but want quality, anyone want to tell me I'm rubbish at finding GPUs and tell me a better one for a reasonable price?
