Cant enable physx with dedicated physx card

so I puy in my gt 520 with my gtx 970 as a dedicated physx card. when the 520 is set as a dedicated physx card I cant turn on physx in PLA game. what am I doing wrong? I am aware that the gt 520 will probably hold back the gtx970 and I'm doing it as an experiment.

Not sure, and YES you absolutely will lose performance using that card. A LOT of performance as the GTX970 will have to wait for the GT520 to finish its calculations.

Update:
My guess is that the GT520 is not compatible for some reason so it is just blocked, and since you forced it as the PhysX solution you have no option there either.
