PhysX Good Enough?

Hi, I have a server that i have installed a GTX 750 Ti in, and i have a extra GT 430. Would it be good to add this card as physX? I use this server as a file server, video game server, F@H and a Rendering Server (not all at once)

Specs:
CPU: Core i7 950 (OC to 3.6)
RAM: 24 Gb G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3
PSU: Corsair TX650
Cooler: Zalman CNPS10X Optima
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R
GPU(s): GTX 750 Ti
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB and Samsung 850 Evo 120 Gb

Your hardware is a bit on the weak side to really have that card make a difference.
Are you planning on playing any Physx games? Even if you are, it may not help much.

err, this is a server, and i was mostly wondering if the GT 430 would improve Rendering times or F@H speed

Since neither of those use Physx, not really.

Oh. I thought that having Lightworks, with a network render plugin would take advantage of PhysX

Not really. Physx is really only prevalent in specific games these days. Take KF 2 or Borderlands 2. Other than that there really is no implementation for it.
