Games sluttering and Fps drops Issues

hello guys My specs are:

fx 4300 (4 cpu's)
mobo: ASUS 78LMT AM3+
8 gb hyper x kingstom @ 1866 mhz
gpu: Zotac nvidia GTX 750 ti 2gb DDR5
1 tb sata WDD
256 GB SAmsung EVO SSD
psu: Corsair VS550

so my question is its just has been only couple of months when i bought this Rig
at start the performance was good as per as my satisfaction
for ex: gta V fps 60+ at high settings
cs GO : 250+ fps
far cry 4 : 45+ fps

but now the performance is getting poor.. !! day by day.. i already got my pc scan ..
malware checks even temperature is around 60-80
cpu core ususage are some times high 80-100% ingame.. !! fps drops to below 30 fps and games lags.. !! and some-times my PC gets automatically shutdown ... !!! dont know Why... !!!

so is my cpu causing overheating problem ?? Should i go for cpu cooler ? will my pc performance will go to its normal state.. ????? please let me know.....

When playing the games, what are your temperatures of both your CPU and GPU.
Also, what is the Core Clock on your Graphics Card During Games, and the Clock Speed of your CPU when gaming.

Use CPUID Hardware Monitor to check your temps. Play the game for 1 hour and report your max temp. I suspect thermal throttling.

Temperature for my gpu is around 60-65c even when i maxed out the games

Cpu temperature is above 80+
And also
Cpu core clock usages are all above 90 snf some time its shows 100%

So is overheat is my issues behinds the lags and slutterIng ?

Yes, if your CPU is above 80, then it's most likely overheating.

The CPU temperature will be the cause of your issue.

Few things to try to cool it down. Make sure that the fans are spinning, and there is a good airflow going through your case.
Try to clean out the heatsink with some compressed air.

If neither of these work then reseat the CPU cooler with new thermal paste and consider buying an aftermarket cooler.

cooling isue check for dust build up if its not that buy a better cooler (recomending coolmasters t4)
