HELP!! Where do I plug my water pump in.

Ok so I installed the cooler master sedion 120V plus. I have 2 cords the fan and the pump. The fan I gathered goes into the CPU cooler plug but I don't have 2 CPU plugs so do I plug it into the pwr fan slot or an sys fan slot? Also I have the air being pulled in from outside and blown onto the radiator is that right. Mother board is the gigabyte 970A-D3P
