Hey,
i checked my HDD with CrystalDiskInfo and it first showed these-
Reallocated Sectors Count:
current: 91 worst: 91
Current Pending Sector count
Current: 99 worst: 99
Uncorrectable sector count
Current: 99 worst: 99

After doing a "Long Fix all" using Seagate SeaTools software and doing a
re-scan using CrystalDiskInfo only the Reallcoated sectors count was left.
my question is,is it fixable or it need to be replaced?

"Reallocated Sectors Count"
Current: 91
Worst: 91
Threshold: 10
Raw Values: 000000001888

Hi there JellyTime,

Unfortunately, this can't be fixed. These were bad sectors that were reallocated. Bad sectors would continue to appear until the drive fails.
My suggestion would be to not keep important data stored on the drive.

In case it is under warranty, you can just RMA it. In case it is not, I guess you will need to get another one for your OS. You can use this one for storing only non important data.

Let me know in case you have some more questions,

I did already made a backup of all of my files. I guess i will just use my warranty and hope it wont happen again.
Can this happen with SSD HDD as well?
Because i might get this one fixed and get a new ssd just for the os files.

Well, SSDs are considered to be more reliable(have no moving parts inside like the mechanical drives). They have life expectancy and you can check that out with the maker's tool. That way, you will know when you need to replace it.
Also, they are considerably faster and quieter. On the other hand, they are pricey.

Many users get a small SSD for OS + most used programs/games and a hard drive for all the other stuff.
