Memtest RAM Errors

So after suffering frequent memory_management bsod crashes I ran memtest and discovered within moments a lot of errors. I've read online when searching for a solution to either try a BIOS update, mess with the voltage or replace the RAM altogether. Do you think if I replace the RAM I should be fine or should I risk messing around with the BIOS or voltage which I'm not entirely confident doing.

I am so unfamiliar with what to do in this area of voltages and whatnot so I do not know what is optimal or whatever but I haven't overclocked anything to my knowledge. I am currently in the process of using memtest still for the first of my two RAM sticks and after 2 passes it's counted around 138,000 errors. I read when looking for a solution that the type of RAM I currently have isn't very durable or long lasting and I've had it for a while now until I started receiving unbearable Memory_Mangement BSOD's. The brand is Crucial Ballistix.
