I'm building my first PC and I got it up and running but when I have the Graphics card (MSI R9 390) installed and power run to it, my monitor does not display an image (even when using the Motherboard DVI port). When I unhook the power but leave the card in the PCIex slot the monitor will display. Any ideas of what could be causing this?
