New Motherboard. best CPU & PSU? Z87 Extreme11ac

Hello, I have been given a Z87 Extreme 11ac Motherboard. I would like to know what CPU is best (i7 4790k? socket 1150) and which PSU will fit my system as i think it requires a PSU with two 12V
(2 x 8 Pin Molex Connectors) or a haswell PSU?

Also do you know the cheapest place I could pick up the CPU/PSU?

this is THE list for power supplies any of the tier 1 models, tier 2 is ok but tier 1 if you can.
What GPU, one or two?
The GPU uses a lot of juice and while the list can tell you which models to buy we can help with the wattage if we know more about what you are planning to run.

I am making a new build myself, and, I would recommend an EVGA 500w 80+ Bronze PSU, and the CPU depends on what you are planning on running.
(I would get i3 4160 if you are on a budget.)
