I noticed recently that many of my games are experiencing problems. Rust for example always get an error code 13 and other times when it does load it crashes (noticed on the task manager when it says the game isn't responding). Something similar has happened with world of warcraft not opening (or when it does after a long wait, it crashes). CSGO is another example of a game that I have that refuses to work as well. I have been in contact with Blizzard and Facepunch support and for a few days now, we have been un-able to fix this problem.
I have tried scanning and repairing the files on the main drive I have most things (specifically games) installed on. This managed to fix some problems such as Battle.net not opening (or opening far too slow) as well as Battlefield 4 not opening before. I have also tried disabling all non microsoft services in msconfig and the problems have continued to occur with games not opening or opening only to crash (the majority of the games. Like I said Battlefield 4 used to do this until I scanned my main Drive (not C) that I install games and other things on.
