I recently purchased a H100i GTX and after installing it, I believe I have everything plugged in correctly, the CPU fan led on my MOBO lights up red. The fans spin when I power on, but my screen says no signal detected, what has happened?
SPECS:
AMD FX-9590
M5A99 R2.0 Pro
H100i GTX
Sapphire R9 270X
EVGA bronze 600 watt

*disclaimer it's a noob build. Simple answers pls.

Sorry I didn't mean to downvote your reply, all of my connections are correct, my CPU FAN led is on, so I think something is wrong with the cooler. I've heard about disabling the fan thing in the BIOS or whatever but I can't get my screen to get a signal

tried throwing the other one back on, issue still persists. For whatever reason now however, my power button actually will turn off the PC, when it didn't before hahaha. Baby steps i guess. The LED on my board is titled "CPU_LED" and I can't find out for the love of god what it means, everyone tells me to look for bent pins on the processor and I have yet to find any. I'm running out of options here, I tried to call ASUS about it and they made me wait for 30 minutes to speak to someone who barely spoke English who was almost no help at all. Its not POST ing i think is the issue.

As I am on my mobile because my PC is out of order, I can't exactly do the whole video thing unless there is some way I could email it. Everything powers on, power light on the motherboard is on, all fans turn on, pump turns on, and I tried the old pump, which turned on but the issue persists. Disassembled the entire thing today, re assembled it, still have the issue. Tried every configuration of RAM that would allow the computer to start, looked at the bottom of the CPU for defects, none. I'm out of options I believe
