I am using windows 8 , now suddenly when I try to open a website its not loading, I tried using IE, chrome, Mozilla . I reset my laptop ,turned off firewall and antivirus but still the problem exist.

That website is probably just down. NEVER disable security features to access a website though, absolutely NEVER do it.
