If Windows is going to be your primary OS, and you prefer Windows (Microsoft) boot screen:
- boot Windows CD, and perform "boot repair". This will boot you straight into Windows
- Download and install EasyBCD, and add your Kali as boot entry. Next time you restart your computer, you will see Windows' boot menu (either white text on black background for Windows 7, or colorful blue background with large buttons for Windows 8/10).

If you followed the instructions for a dual-boot install then a menu should have been set up automatically. As this hasn't happened, it is possible that you have overwritten your Windows install. If that is the case you will need to reinstall Windows and restore the backup that you made as part of the install process. You should use fdisk to list your current partitions to check that the Windows ones still exists.

Note that Kali is only intended to be used by professionals; it is most certainly not a suitable distribution for beginners.
