I have the G2 EVGA 550w psu. Was wondering if i could run SLi 970's? Heres a list of my build

Solution
If you already ave a 970, then two 970s will use about 686W with skylake, call it 700 with your older setup. I'd go with an 850W just to be safe

550W is not going to cut it. I would recommend 800watts to give a little wiggle room.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 970 or 980 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 970 or 980 in 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have an 800 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

Does your supernova have the proper cables to support two cards? Each card takes an 8-pin and a 6-pin connector. I'd be wary of daisy chaining power off the 4 pin molex cables to make it work.
