r9 270x off ebay, Is it safe to buy?

There's no real way to guarantee whether the product you receive is working, especially considering the seller didn't test it. Buying used parts off of eBay is always a risk, but sometimes the low price is worth it.

It's a good sign that the Seller has great ratings (100% Positive Feedback after 208 sales/purchases). Ultimately, it's up to you whether or not it's worth the risk of receiving a broken item.
