I'm just wondering if there is anyway for me to increase my fps in games. Currently i struggle to hit above 30 frames per second on low graphics on small games such as Unturned and Garry's Mod. My specs are:

Processor: AMD A8-7650K Radeon R7, 10 compute Cores 4C + 6G 4.19 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB (6.96 usable)
64-bit Windows 10

I'm unsure of what some of this means and have just copied it directly from the system tab of the control panel

Solution
what is teh speed of your 8 GB of DDR3?

in an APU that's also the speed of your GPU ram, so the faster the better:

just getting faster RAM may add up to 10 FPS, as you can see here
Well, the best way would be overclocking which you have done. an SSD would help the loading times but will not gain you FPS. The last thing you can do is to either buy a decent GPU or higher speed RAM.I'm assuming you have 1600Mhz on your RAM.Higher works well with integrated graphics and will give you a small boost in FPS but this depends on your motherboard wheather or not it supports higher speed RAM.

If you want to improve your performance in games, you really need a discrete GPU. The 750 ti is your best option and you can usually get them for around $115. This one has a $20 rebate right now that brings it down to $99 which is a great steal, especially for a superclocked version:

A 750 ti should work perfectly with all of the parts you have. You will want to double check the wattage on your PSU and just make sure you have an extra 60 Watts for the card to use. If that is good, then you should be able to get the card, install it, download drivers, and play. This card should let you play games like Garry's mod on Medium at 30+ fps and it may even max out Unturned settings. Either way, this card will serve you well.
