Could this computer stay cool?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/L6x2Hx It will be streaming and playing games like CS:GO, GTA 5, and Black Ops 3 at Ultra on 1440p simutanously. What improvements would you make because I have 400 more us dollars in the budget.

I'm not plenty sure if you really need 32gb of ram, but everything seems to be solid build.

im not sure if you need the lan card as the asrock motherboard comes with a killer E2200 lan port already which is probably better than the lan card. i would also probably put a m.2 SSD on there possibly for the OS as the motherboard has an m.2 connector built in
