i will be buying a graphics card some were around april or may 2016 and my budget is stuck around $450.

i want to max out every game at 1080p while achieving 60 fps( i have a a 60 hertz monitor...). i also remote login into multiple pcs.

i currently have a gtx 960 and i wasnt satisfied with its performance so i already returned it . power supply is not an issue

i have an i7 4790 3.6 ghz,not overclocked(not K)
Gigabyte H97 Motherboard
16 gb ddr3-1600 ram
i have fan cooling and i have
a mid tower cougar mx300
case http://cougargaming.com/products/pc_case/mx300.html

i have a store near me where i can buy graphics cards for about the same price as they are in the US ( i live in Dubai)

any gpu works as long as it delivers what i asked for about 5 years max . if i need to downgrade the settings a bit in the next 3 years is ok

all parts are available here in dubai so no worries

i will not be overclocking for the next 3 years atleast . so just for now, consider that as a no and i wont be adding a new graphics card or even in the future .

i play at 1080p(which is 1920x1080)

note that i need 1080p 60 fps on the highest settings on almost all games .(nvidia gameworks aside)

Thanks

Wait. If you are going to wait until april or may, you can wait little longer. There are rumors about new gpu cards from Nvidia and AMD. And if you can't wait... I don't know prices in your country, but GTX 970 or AMD 390, maybe if possible 390X (up to 10% faster than previous two, not always, but 25% more expensive). I don't think you can buy 980 for 450... Look benchmarks and other topics on forums about this...

Im not sure actually, some say that they release them at the mid 2016's. So that's a long struggle with the integrated graphics man. I know the struggle. :D
