Hi, all

I have a Samsung RF511 laptop Core i7-2670QM.
I want to make a memory upgrade.
This device works with a clock of 1333MHz and CL 11.
My question:
I am in doubt whether I buy this model KVR1333D3S9/8 1333 MHz CL9 or
KVR16S11/8 1600MHz CL11 this.

In terms of compatibility Samgung with Kingston, is there a problem?
Thanks.

According to your products specs page(if that is the exact model number as linked) as well as Crucial's memory adviser state that your system is capable of accepting a maximum of 8GB's of DDR3L ram in 2x4GB config at 1333MHz operating at 1.35v.

* If you're confined to those two above,
KVR16S11/8 will be downclocked to 1333 but with relaxed timings so you're not getting 1600MHz out of the box.
KVR1333D3S9/8 will be running at rated 1333MHz speeds at good timings but the voltage may be higher than necessary. Had I not known about your units maximum ram support per slot then I'd have advised on either of the two you inquired about but my advise remains...
