Solution
If it can run a 760, it should run a 970 no problem. I just upgraded from a 560 to a 970 with a 600 watt PSU. If you were considering AMD I'd be worried, but for a 970, just plug it in and I'm 90% sure you'll have no issues because they are very efficient cards.

Okay, but my problem is the watts on the psu, I don't know how many watts it runs on and CPU is really heavy to open it and look at the info, all I know is the models name form the back of it, cooler master a12025-12cb-3bn-f1 may be you can tell me how much it uses ? :( I'm seriously worried that, if I buy Asus Gtx 970 strix, and get a coil noise in that, then my money might as well just stay in the trash can.

Hmm... I've checked the link you posted, I'll wait till I have enough money to buy the Graphics Card.
But for now you get the point for good solution. :)
