Can I run COD4?

I just want to run COD 4 in 60 fps. What fps or settings do you think I could play in?

PC Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @3.00 GHz
4.00GB 3.90 (usable)RAM ddr2
64 Bit Os
Radeon HD 2400 XT 256mb

Put texture quality on medium

In "graphics" set turn of most of the stuff like glow,dynamic lights,shadows, depth of field. Lower resolution if needed.

If you play around with those you should be able to find ideal settings and your PC is able to run it Cod4 is not demanding.
