I have a asus Maximus VIII hero with a i7 6700k and 16 gb 3000 MHz corsair dominator ram and I keep getting the 99 code Ive tried everything I could find on google

Something is not connected to your motherboard propertly, i will recommend booting up with only 1 stick of RAM.

If you checked everything and still don't works, remove the CPU and inspect the socket for bent pins

So I took out the cpu and looked and all the pins were ok put it all back cleared the cmos and it starts going through turns off then turns back on goes through again stalls on b2 then goes to 99 and stays their

I would do like Lucas suggested. Pull every thing out of your case, set it up on your motherboard box with only one RAM chip, No Graphics Card (Plug direct to motherboard) and no other peripherals other than a keyboard and mouse. Then go from there.
