How much wattage do I need after overclocking cpu ?

hello,
I just got my i7 870 overclocked stable at 3.80 with 1448mhz ram speed when i was doing the torture test on prime95 the psu made these strange noise I don't know fans or what I got 3 120mm fans in my case also I recently upgraded to Gtx 960 G1 4G i wanna know If my power supply is good enough for what i have after the overclocking or NO .
pc Specs:
Cpu:i7 870 2.93 OC @ 3.8
Cpu cooler : 212 evo cooler master
Motherboard: Gigabyte P55A-UD3
GPU:Gigabyte GTx 960 G1 4G
Memory:G.skill ares 8GB {2x4GB} 1600MHz 1.5v
HDD: 2x1TB WD green
SSD: kingston 120GB
PSU:Zalman 500W GV

Even OC'ed the 95W (stock) CPU probably is below 125W. The GTX 960 is a power sipping 120W card. Assuming the 500W PSU is good quality, that should be fine. What kind of strange noise did you hear?

500W is plenty for your build
BUT as power supplies get older, they get tired.
If your power supply is as old as the rest of your PC, and it is making funny noises, it may be on the way out

IT is a brand new Zalman GV 500W 80 plus bronze I bought to just not worry about power anymore
the noise i heard when stress testing or encoding on adobe premiere is partially coming from the 212 evo fan cause it speeds up when heat go up even at 55 celsius and the rest i assume coming from the psu , my friend told me it can be a loosen fan I got two on the cpu cooler .

Are the cooler fans running in the same direction? Same exact RPM?

honestly I don't know how to know that the cooler came with only one i bought another thermaltake and installed it as an exhaust on the other side .
