I'll look around and tell you what I find, a friend of mine had a crappy PSU and it ended up breaking his CPU and mobo so I would see if I can get one like the one I linked for a few bucks.

That is strong enough regardless of your other specs or anything else. The TDP is only 60w + 100w for CPU i'm assuming + 100w for everything else = only 360. I promise you that 500w is more than enough, the only thing you need to check is the reliability of your PSU. I don't recognize that brand but i also don't live in the UK.

Yeah I was having a good look at it and In some other thread it appears that the actual wattage is 350watts or so as the brand of this is generic so them stating that it's 500watts cannot be trusted

see if you can find out whether it is peak or continuous wattage, if it is peak than you should look elsewhere. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139050&cm_re=500w_psu-_-17-139-050-_-Product)
