Computer Freezes After Playing Games for a While

I've had this problem for a while now where, after playing games for a while, my computer will hard freeze, meaning the screens will display whatever was being displayed at the time of freezing. Waiting does nothing and the only way to fix it is a reboot. I've upgraded all the drivers for my graphics card and run stress tests on the gpu, cpu, and ram, and nothing came out of that (no errors or overheating or anything) and I have been watching my temperature levels and they don't get too high (after 4 or so hours of playing games, the gpu tops at about 83 degrees C on max settings). I don't know what else could be causing this issue. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Firstly, clear your motherboard's CMOS (take out battery, wait for 30 seconds, then put back in)
Then try running MemTest86 if you haven't done so. If you find any errors, take out one of the RAM sticks and change their lanes.

Next try taking your GPU out and using integrated graphics. The GPU is most likely gonna be the cause.

If I take out the gpu and try to use integrated graphics, I wouldn't be able to play games and recreate the freezing problem though, would I? Isn't there another way to tell if the GPU is for sure the problem? I've run a few long (4-8 hours) benchmark tests on it, and it wasn't overheating or anything, and the problem didn't crop up, but it has done it while playing games during long sessions.
