How much bottleneck will an intel core duo 2 cause on a 960/750ti?

Just as the title says, I'm thinking of building a computer for my brother and I have an old motherboard laying around installed with a intel core duo 2 (socket 775) and I want the build to be as cheap as possible.

I'm just wondering how bad the CPU will bottleneck a 750ti or 960.

Thanks in advance

A 750ti would be a decent match for it depending on the cpu. It's roughly the same as a 7850 and my overclocked e8400 was a slight bottleneck. The 960 is a fair bit stronger than the 750ti so would be more of a bottleneck. That was with the e8400 oc'd from stock 3ghz to 3.6ghz. If the cpu is slower than an e8400 or not overclocked, the bottleneck will be greater.

I take it as it would not work that well with a 960?

Okay, thanks for replying, in conclusion - a 750ti would be a better option for such a build.
