I need proper OC settings.

AMD FX 6300, gigabyte radeon hd 7850 2gb, MSI 970a-g43 (ms-7693), corsair vengence 8gb ddr3, 650 watt PS. I can pull 4.1 but i am afraid to stress test it because i have a stock cooler. although I did put and extra fan right next to the cpu and graphics card. and im running all 6 cores. please help quick im a novice with OC. the only reason im doing so is because the temp stays below 50c

There is not a setting that works on every CPU, I got golden sticks of RAM, OCed from 1600MHz to 2400MHz on stock voltages. Your RAM will probably not do that. There is a term for the variation in all of the chips, you will hear it often, it is referred to as the "Silicon Lottery".
