RAM or Memory Help

Hello everyone.
I have my desktop PC and it has the following specs:
Gigabyte F2A55M-DS2
AMD A4-4020 with Radeon HD Graphics, AMD Radeon HD 7480D
2GB RAM (1333)

I want to upgrade its RAM, what RAM would you suggest? And do you think, RAM will give me a faster computer after upgrading?

CPU memory controller supports up to 1333 MHz RAM only but MB supports much faster, up to 2400 MHz. For better graphic performance, APUs need faster RAM. Considering all of that I wouldn't go faster than 1866 MHz RAM, Memory could always be slowed down if needed. Kingston makes most compatible memory with AMD platforms. It would also be better to use one 8 GB stick.

Then, can I use Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB? Btw, my board supports upto 2133 MHz RAM.

Yeah sure, you can use that faster RAM too, not much difference in price and could be good thing if you upgraded processor. Even if it doesn't run at full frequency, Cl will be lower and that helps overall speed too. Also, up to a point, more memory trumps it's frequency, better to have more than fast.
