Hi guys,
I have purchased an 750 GB plan with a speed of 100 MBbs. Before I had got 105 MB/s but now I get 16 MBbs. I'm not getting what I payed for right? I used Speedtest.net to test the speed. Please Help!

Big difference between MBytes and Mbits. First your going to want to confirm that. Second, is the speed your getting when you're connected directly to the modem or when your connected to the router. Third, if you are connected to the router, are you wired or wireless?

did you payed for 100 megaBit or megaByte?
firs i would be more helpful if you give me more specs
but if your purchased 100 Megabyte make sure that your using Gigabit Lan or Wireless for connection.

so with megabit you should have around 12.5 megabyte of speed ,(bit to byte=bit/8=byte) and megabit is written with a b(small) and megabyte with a B(large) and in speed test try to test your speed with the closest server on the map.
