PSU Recommendation For Build

My Rig is as folloows:
Intel i5 4460
MSI GTX 970 4G
gigabyte h97m-d3h
WD 1 TB HDD
Corsair Vengence DDR3 8gb ram 1600mhz

Different sites suggest 500-600 Watt for PSU
Suggest which will be enough, seasonic m12ii-620 or seasonic m12ii-520?
I wont be overclocking anything and not planing for SLI, so suggest whether 520 would be enough or 620 is required!!!

The M12II 520W will be enough for a 4460 and a GTX 970. If you plan on upgrading a year or two down the line to a better GPU or even building another PC later on I'd go with the 620W so you have some headroom for upgrades.
