I cant decide which CPU and GPU to get

Hey guys can u give me some suggestions. So I was thinking of upgrading my PC and my budget is 400$
My current composition:
CPU: Intel core i3 3210 3,2ghz
GPU: Nvidia GT 220 1GB
RAM: 8gb fury 1866mhz
PSU: 450W but I think my uncle will give me a 600w
MOBO: Asus P8Z77 - V LX 2
I was thinking of getting a EVGA GTX 960 4GB and I cant decide which CPU to get..
I was thinking of Pentium g 3258 and to OC it to 4,3 ghz but I'm not sure

Well im not quite sure which psu i will get, but i know its 600w.
But my socket is 1155 and i wanted to get an i5 4460 but it's a 1150 socket...
So i came to a conclusion that the best i can get is either and AMD 8320 or 8350 or either i5 3550..
So?

get an i5, for gaming the i5 is the current sweet spot and i7 for multitasking and streaming while gaming

Nah im satisfied with my 8 gb of 1866mhz ram.. I might think of something more if i can sell my current gpu and cpu...
Maybe a 1150 socket mobo and a decent cpu like the 4460 , or just i7 3770 with this mobo i currently have

Thats what i just listed if you checked my link.. A 4460+Mobo and a gtx 960.
You can keep the ram, i never said anything else.

You might as well get an r9 280x....cheaper than the gtx960 and performs better.
Upgrade the PSU and for the processor is up to you. Intel is better but more expensive, so if you just want to game for now, buy an amd 8350 and overclock it... that will be enough.
If you want to edit and stream, go with an i5 from intel. Buut for gaming the 8350 overclocked is good.

Nah my socket isnt compatible with amd and im not into buying a new mobo
