I'm upgrading the motherboard(the current one has only one pci-e slot which is fried)and I'm changing the case http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/zkM4yc

Solution

Since you're having to buy new thermal compound, give Noctua NT-H1 a look. Better results in testing than the old standby of AS 5
