Motherboard running hot and graphic card artifacts in Directx games and crashes.

Well this all started after the Crimson driver release. I've reverted back to every driver I've ever used in the past year on the Graphics Card and it still crashes with random artifacts in game and on desktop at times. (The most stable is the Catalyst Beta 15.11) Switching the PCI Express slot helped a bit on the artifacts but it's still crashing with minor artifacts.

The Motherboard is running at 129C according to Sandra Lite.

I've contacted MSI about the Graphics card they told me to try it in another computer and told me to contact the Motherboard manufacturer before I sent it in for warranty which was also them which my ticket with them specified before they closed the ticket.

I'm thankful for any advice or a starting point. :D

OS: Windows 10
Motherboard: MSI 990FXA-GD80 V2
Graphics Card: MSI R9 290X Gaming 8GB
CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition
PSU: Rosewill HIVE 850w
Memory: 2x G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 4GB DDR 3 1600

While the PC is running, place the back of your slightly moistened finger against the motherboard's heatsinks, they should be quite warm but not uncomfortably hot. If you are unable to keep the back of your finger against the heatsink without getting burnt, I would call that problematic but I did find that the FX8350 does not show as being supported by that motherboard https://www.msi.com/product/motherboard/support/990FXA-GD80.html#support-cpu which in itself may be part of the problem

Corsair Carbide Series Air 540 with Three 140mm two intake and one out going, the CPU is at like 41C and the graphics card is at 51C-66C while the motherboard is up at 129C. The inside of the case is shiny it looks pretty new still.

Is the Black Edition different than the regular? :X
It just seemed warm maybe a bad sensor? Or obsolete testing software.
It's something to do with windows 10 everything runs fine on 8.
