Is Pentium G3260 +R7 250 1GB GDDR5 enough for 720p or 1280x1024 gaming?

I want to buy this budget rig for my brother
Will it handle games like bf3 bf4 assasins creed medium setings 720p

I used a 250x for BF4 and i had to put everything on 720p lowest settings for 32+ players online but I did get over 60 fps a majority of the times even on 64 players I remember it dropped to like sub 40 sometimes but I think you shouldn't get the r7 250 unless you can find a hell of a deal on it.

I got my 250x for 40$ just check ebay you can get some amazing deals
