Why does my PC reboot by itself when I play games?

After playing 5 minutes of GTA V my PC rebooted on it's own. I tried playing after the reboot but the same thing happened. I reinstalled the game but it didn't help. Once it just went to a glitched screen with weird sound and my fan started spinning really fast so I pulled the cable. I've recently gotten a new graphics card and Windows 10. Here's my specs:
Motherboard - ASRock FM2A55M-VG3
Processor/CPU - AMD Athlon X4 740 Quad Core Processor 3.20 GHz 64-bit
Graphics card/GPU - AMD Radeon R7 370
RAM - 8.00 GB
I don't think anything is overheating because I checked it with HWMonitor and it was fine and the graphics card is brand new

Solution
I'll go ahead and blame the PSU here, check out this thread http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html for a quality PSU to take it's place. I wouldn't think you'd need more than 450W but it should be at least a newer design than that one (the output amperages tells me that the design is over 10 years old) and it's rating should be continual at 50°C, not "max" (a PSU can claim max for amperages it can't sustain for more than a few milliseconds)
Swap out the PSU and I think you'll find your PC appreciates it and responds in kind
