What the hell is making this sound?

So built a computer for the first time in my life and I think there's a loose connection somewhere, atleast it doesn't sound good.

I did a small recording here:

Okay so first I believed it was a fan, but then remembering before doing some cable fixing, there was no sound like that. Secondly it sounds like coming from the "hub" where you have the start, reset buttons on the HAF 932 Full Tower. The dvd drive isn't connected so it can't be that.

I haven't connected all the USB ports in my MB, as there wasn't enough slots, should I disconnect them from the case? Also I haven't connected the audio in the front, as there is a power plug that i cannot connect in my new MB.

The only thing I really has different from today and yesterday, is I plugged two case-fans in one PSU-slot (it has like two connectors in one cable), but again it's coming from the place with the start button which is in the top (and the psu is in the bottom).

Anyone know what it might be?

first the record you uploaded doesn't opening!
second the noise (i don't know how it sounds yet) might be from the cable that is free in your case i mean collect the cables in the case and make sure that no cable would impact with the CPU cooler fan or the fans on the top (if exist)
third try to upload the record again so i could help more precisely

Well i saw but according that you said that the optical drive is not connected so is there any wire crossing to the HDD or from the PSU to the Motherboard power socket?
if not it could be from your HDD spinning or your front panel kit for the power on and restart button.

Found the issue, it was a cable - doing something, not really sure since the cables i decided to strip was not near a fan or anything but anyhow it worked so I'm not to question science. thanks for the input tho.
