My PSU is an ATX-500B Switching Power supply (500w) and my graphics card is the ASUS R9 280X 3GB with Direct CU.

The graphics card requires a 6pin and 8pin connector to work, but my PSU doesn't have those cables. It only has a 4 pin Molex cable and I am running very low on money available, so I would like to know if there is an available adapter for a 6 and 8 pin connector or a way to supply power to the graphics card...

Solution

you need to buy a proper power supply with the cables you need

dont use adapters with poor power supplies

tier 1 or 2 power supply from this list, in 550w or better:
